Retirement Planning Association Gratitude
Kimberly receives thanks from the Retirement Planning Association of Canada for her participation in their 2007 Professional Development Day.
“On behalf of RPAC Ontario South and all the attendees, I would like to thank you for participating in our Professional Development Day last Friday at the Black Creek Pioneer Village. Your topic, “Legal pitfalls for Single (by choice or by chance) retirees. Wills, Intestacy, Power of Attorney and other Considerations” was extremely well received by the attendees. It provided valuable information which will be very useful to our members on a personal basis and to their clients. As a matter of fact, many attendees are asking for an encore.”

Kimberly Receives Queen’s Law Teaching Award
Kimberly A. Whaley was presented with the Queen’s Law Students’ Society Special Lecturer Award.
“When I told my 5 year old daughter, Sam, that mama won a teaching award, she said “You’re not a teacher, you’re a mama”. That sort of sums it all up – my surprise, my delight, and of course my gratitude to my students, all of whom are bright sparks ready to take on the world with their advocacy skills!!”
